If a paid subscription renewal fails, Timether keeps the workspace active during the payment-grace period so the Owner can resolve the billing issue.
If payment is not resolved by the end of that period, or a paid subscription ends, the workspace moves to the Free tier. Timether does not make the workspace read-only and does not delete your data.
Free keeps timers, time entries, projects, clients, tags, billable rates, reports, timesheets, exports, preferences, and the Timether mobile companion apps available to the active Owner.
Free workspaces support one active Owner. If a shared workspace moves to Free, other active memberships are suspended and pending invitations are revoked; historical users, workspace data, invoices, expenses, audits, and billing records are retained.
Paid web-only features, including invoicing, payment collection, shared-workspace management, roles, integrations, API tokens, activity history, and advanced workspace controls, return when the Owner restores a paid plan from the web app.
